Former Premier League goalkeeper Ederson was seen complaining to the referee after being pelted with cups during the Istanbul derby over the weekend.
The Brazilian was between the sticks for Fenerbahce during their match against rivals Besiktas away from home when he was subject to a barrage of items from opposition fans.
At one point during the 3-2 thriller, Ederson attempted to volley one cup back at the lively supporters.
It was his eighth game for the Turkish side after leaving Manchester City in the summer, with six Premier League titles during his eight years, from 2017 to 2025.
As the rain poured down late on, the Brazilian could be seen gesturing towards the referee and shrugging his shoulders in disgust.

El Bilal Toure opened the scoring early, putting Besiktas ahead within the first five minutes.
Emirhan Topcu soon added a second, giving the hosts a commanding lead before the midway point of the first half.

The momentum shifted abruptly when a VAR review led to Orkun Kokcu’s dismissal for Besiktas.
Head coach Sergen Yalcin was also sent off moments later after angrily protesting the decision.
The tension in the stadium escalated, with emotions running high among players and supporters alike.
Fenerbahce seized their chance soon after, as Ismail Yuksek reduced the deficit with a well-taken strike.

Just before the interval, Marco Asensio equalised to complete a dramatic turnaround for the visitors.
With a numerical advantage in the second half, Fenerbahce took control and pressed hard for a decisive goal.
The winner came on 83 minutes by former Aston Villa striker Jhon Duran.
The Fenerbahce stars passionately celebrated upon the full-time whistle, with Ederson particularly excited by the derby victory.

The win saw Fenerbahce move back within four points of leaders Galatasaray at the top of the table.
Besikta slumped to sixth in the table.
The Besiktas–Fenerbahce rivalry is one of the most intense and historic in Turkish football, featuring two of the country's most successful clubs.
Both teams are part of the "Big Three" of Istanbul, along with Galatasaray.
