"Four games we have in the Premier League," Guardiola told reporters. "We'll see what happens."
The match was marred by a contentious challenge from Everton defender Keane on Doku shortly before the interval.
The Belgian winger required lengthy treatment on the pitch, spending nearly a minute receiving medical attention before being able to continue.
Despite vociferous protests from City's players and coaching staff, referee Michael Oliver deemed the tackle worthy of only a caution.
The decision left the Manchester City bench furious, with many believing the challenge warranted a dismissal given its severity.

Asked about Keane's challenge, the City manager offered a terse response to Sky Sports: "OK. Your pundits can say it."
He elaborated further in his press conference, stating: "What can I say? Yellow card. 50 seconds, Doku out, waiting to come back."
When questioned directly on whether he believed the tackle merited a red card, Guardiola was dismissive.
"It's not my job," he replied.
