Michelle Dewberry and Bev Turner have voiced their anger after Chelsea players ignored young Hull mascots before Friday night's FA Cup match.
The Blues ran out 4-0 winners at the MKM Stadium, with Pedro Neto bagging a hat-trick and Estevao also on target as they booked their place in the fifth round.
There was controversy prior to kick off, however.
Chelsea's official X page has shared footage showing players, led by Reece James, walking straight past young mascots wearing Hull colours.

The boys appeared eager to engage but every Chelsea player walked right past, ignoring them in the process.
Forward Liam Delap, who has endured a difficult time at Stamford Bridge since his summer arrival from Ipswich, looked at one point as though he was heading in their direction.
Yet the 23-year-old then hugged a member of the Hull staff instead, having been on loan there earlier in his career.
You should be ashamed your players act like this with these little boys.

Others on social media were equally furious.
"Chelsea admin watched this video and thought it was a great idea! In reality again they look like a bunch of entitled divas," said one fan.
A second said it was a 'terrible look' and added: "Not one Chelsea player acknowledging or high-fiving the mascots. Who stole the soul?"
One Chelsea supporter raged: "We have a great video of our overpaid, arrogant and self-centered players walking past a bunch of kids and ignoring them. Great for social content (thumbs up emoji)."
And another wrote: "(It would) be nice if they looked at the mascots at all, even a smile, a glance or a wave. Would mean the world to those kids."
It is currently unclear if Chelsea players interacted with the mascots after the clip was taken.

Manager Liam Rosenior was thrilled with his side's performance, saying afterwards: "I think the overall positive thing was the application of the team.
"I thought our pressing, our intensity, our work rate, and Pedro exemplified that to be honest, that's why he scores the goals that he does.
"I'm very lucky to have such talented players and what I'm really realising quickly is that they are not just good players, they’re outstanding professionals.
"I felt it was a really professional performance tonight against a very good team who are pushing for the Premier League.
"This was not an easy game and some of our football was everything I want to see, but before that, the values of what the team stood for tonight made me a very happy coach."
