Manchester United star Alejandro Garnacho might have risked the wrath of Erik ten Hag after liking an Instagram post referencing Cristiano Ronaldo's recent gripes with the Dutchman.
The Portugal international, whose second stint at Old Trafford ended with his contract being ripped up, hit out at Ten Hag and his ability as a coach in a recent interview.
An excerpt of the interview was posted on transfer guru Fabrizio Romano's Instagram and many fans noticed that Garnacho had liked the post.
While the 20-year-old unliked the post, it was already spotted and screenshots have gone viral on social media.

Ronaldo had told Rio Ferdinand on his YouTube channel: "Man United coach can NOT say they can't compete to win the Premier League and the Champions League every year.
"This is Man United! You have to be there, to mentally say... listen, maybe we don't have that potential, but I cannot say that. We're going to try. You have to try.
"This is why Man United need to rebuild.
"If Ten Hag listens to [assistant coach] Ruud van Nistelrooy... maybe he can help. He knows the club and the club should listen to the guys who were there, as this is really important.
"Rio Ferdinand, Roy Keane, Paul Scholes, Gary Neville, Sir Alex Ferguson... you need advice from these people.

It is not the first time that Garnacho had made a stumbling error on social media after liking two posts criticising Ten Hag in April.
After United drew 2-2 against Bournemouth, prominent Red Devils fan Mark Goldbridge fumed at the decision to take off Garnacho and then posted again hitting out at Ten Hag for his explanation in his post-match press conference.
Garnacho was spotted to have liked both of the posts on X, which ultimately saw him land in hot water with Ten Hag.

The Argentina international was benched for the next game but did apologise to the Dutch coach and was brought back into the side.
But having fallen foul of a similar misdeed, it remains to be seen whether Ten Hag will punish the winger again.

Ten Hag and Ronaldo's relationship was already known to have completely broken down within months of the former Ajax manager's appointment.
He continued to leave the five-time Ballon d'Or winner out of the starting line-up in the first weeks of the 2022/23 season which led to an explosive interview where Ronaldo lashed out at the club and the manager.
It saw his contract at Old Trafford mutually terminated on November 22 and he made the switch to Saudi Arabia weeks later to join Al-Nassr, where he remains today.
