Manchester United players Amad Diallo and Alejandro Garnacho have sparked controversy after being filmed making middle finger gestures towards fans during the club's post-season tour of Malaysia.
The incidents occurred following United's disappointing 1-0 friendly defeat to ASEAN All-Stars in Kuala Lumpur on Wednesday.
Diallo was captured on video walking through a crowd of supporters when he extended his right arm with his middle finger raised in a gesture seemingly directed towards fans.
Meanwhile, both Diallo and 20-year-old Garnacho were photographed posing for selfies with supporters whilst displaying the same gesture, though the meaning behind their actions remains unclear.

The gestures were captured during fan interactions as United players toured the streets of Kuala Lumpur on an open-top bus parade.
In one video, Diallo can be seen heading past supporters shouting his name before making the gesture.
In a separate photograph, a group of United players including both Diallo and Garnacho are posing for a selfie with fans.
The two wingers display sombre expressions whilst lifting their middle fingers towards one another while standing in the group.

ReutersThe consistent use of the gesture by both players suggests it might be an inside joke within the United camp, though the exact meaning behind the poses remains unclear.
Social media users have questioned the appropriateness and meaning of the gestures, with reactions ranging from confusion to speculation about their intent.
One fan commented: "Everyone knows what the middle finger means and those fans still looked pretty happy. Maybe they got asked to do it?"
Another supporter suggested: "Honestly could just be them trynna pose for a photo like guys do, one of those guy poses to give the middle finger, but it would be very weird as a professional to do that right after a loss, it looks bad."
A third fan asked: "Is this a trend or something?" whilst another remarked: "Glad to see United's utterly unnecessary micro tour is going well."
The incidents occurred against the backdrop of United's troubled Asian tour, which has seen the team struggle following their worst-ever Premier League campaign and Europa League final defeat last week.
The Red Devils suffered the ignominy of losing 1-0 to ASEAN All-Stars, a team comprised of players from Southeast Asian leagues including Malaysia and Thailand, in front of 70,000 spectators.
