Mr Scott informed the court that the footballer had "failed to comply" with the requirement to identify who was operating the vehicle.
Court records indicate Grealish did not enter a plea, with the matter resolved last Thursday through a single justice procedure.

The original red light charge was withdrawn, though magistrate Paul Farquhar found him guilty of failing to provide driver identification when required, imposing six penalty points on his licence.
