It has been reported that three cars were involved in the collision with Harry Kane's kids taken to hospital.

Three of Harry Kane's children were reportedly injured in a car accident in Germany on Monday.

German publication Bild report Louis three, Vivienne, five, and Ivy, seven, were travelling in a black Mercedes Vito before the vehicle was hit by a Renault driver aged 20.

The incident is said to have happened at 5pm on Monday in Bavaria on a motorway slip road.

It's reported to have occurred at the same time that Kane was flying out to London for Bayern Munich's Champions League tie with Arsenal.

The three children were said to be 'only slightly injured' as they were taken to hospital after the crash.

The Renault driver is then said to have collided with another car with eight people involved in the multi-car incident.

All eight people involved were said to have suffered minor injuries with ambulances and helicopters helping them to hospital.

The road had to be closed for around two hours as the incident was cleared up.

Kane had just landed in London when the crash happened, but he opted to stay with Bayern after learning that his kids were safe.

The England captain was making his return to his home soil less than a year after leaving Tottenham.

It created a fascinating storyline with Kane going up against his former north London rivals Arsenal in the quarter-finals of the Champions League.

He had an impressive record in the north London derby and continued that goalscoring streak on Tuesday as he scored from the spot to initially give Bayern a 2-1 lead.

But Arsenal were able to find an equaliser in the second half to leave the tie finely poised ahead of the second leg in Munich.

Kane was interviewed by TNT Sports after the game with a crowd of Arsenal fans letting their feelings known.

The striker joked that the Arsenal fans have a 'soft respect' for him despite the constant jeering.
