Swedish striker Victor Edvardsen has received a £439 penalty from Go Ahead Eagles following his mockery of an opponent's physical appearance during last week's Europa League fixture.
The Dutch club announced on Friday that the sum would be directed towards their social services programmes.
The incident involved Edvardsen targeting Stuttgart midfielder Angelo Stiller, who was born with a cleft lip, through inappropriate gestures and remarks.
Stiller had been instrumental in Stuttgart's commanding 4-0 away victory when the episode occurred.
The financial sanction represents Go Ahead Eagles' response to what they deemed unacceptable conduct from their player.
The decision to channel the fine towards charitable purposes reflects the club's attempt to create something positive from the controversial incident.
Edvardsen entered the match as a substitute during the 71st minute of the encounter.
Within merely three minutes of his arrival on the pitch, the forward directed a gesture towards Stiller that referenced the German player's nose.

The action prompted immediate disciplinary action from the referee, who showed Edvardsen a yellow card for his conduct.
Stiller reacted with fury to the mockery and required restraint from others to prevent a physical confrontation with the Swedish player.
The 24-year-old German midfielder had delivered an impressive performance throughout the match, contributing to his team's comprehensive victory at the Dutch side's ground.
However, the incident marred what had been a dominant display by the visiting Stuttgart team in the Europa League fixture.

The behaviour drew sharp condemnation from former Netherlands international Wesley Sneijder, who appeared on Dutch broadcaster Ziggo Sport.
"I find it sad," stated the Champions League winner and World Cup runner-up.
"Such things are absolutely unacceptable."
Following the match, Edvardsen attempted to make amends by visiting the Stuttgart changing room to offer a personal apology.
"I would like to apologise for my behaviour yesterday," the forward said in a club statement. "Things were said and done between us that don't belong on a football pitch."
He acknowledged his responsibilities, adding: "I'm a role model and I have to act accordingly."
Despite the apology, Go Ahead Eagles general manager Jan Willem van Dop expressed the club's strong disapproval.
"As a club, we are completely dissatisfied with Victor's behaviour and distance ourselves from it," he stated. "It's good that he apologised afterward, but it remains a stain on the evening."

The match also saw law enforcement involvement due to crowd control issues.
Officers were required to intervene at multiple points throughout the evening as Stuttgart supporters repeatedly ignored instructions to remain seated.
The German club has since submitted a formal complaint to UEFA regarding their fans' treatment by Dutch police in Deventer.
The nature of the alleged mistreatment was not specified in the complaint.
In the current Europa League standings, Stuttgart occupy 12th position following the fifth round of fixtures. Go Ahead Eagles find themselves struggling near the bottom of the table in 27th place among the 36 participating teams.
Stiller, who was reportedly the subject of a £43million transfer interest from Manchester United in October, is understood to be among seven midfielders under consideration as a potential replacement for Casemiro at Old Trafford.
