Manchester City midfielder Phil Foden has finalised the sale of his Cheshire estate for close to £2.9million, following a six-month marketing period.
The England international initially listed the property at £3.25million in April but was forced to reduce the asking price.
The 25-year-old's Prestbury mansion has been sold subject to contract through Jackson-Stops estate agents.
The sale marks the end of a lengthy search for a buyer after Foden vacated the property last year.

The footballer departed the residence following a children's party that prompted police involvement.
A neighbour described the August gathering as "louder than Glastonbury", with the celebration continuing from 4pm until nearly midnight.
The property boasts four bedrooms and five bathrooms across its substantial footprint. Among its luxury amenities are a private cinema, gymnasium, cocktail bar and indoor swimming pool.
The estate sits on a private road secured by electronic gates. A ground-level leisure complex complements the main residence, whilst the grounds feature a hot tub and expansive gardens equipped with children's play facilities including swings and a trampoline.
The exclusive Prestbury neighbourhood counts several notable residents.
These include Slade frontman Noddy Holder and television antiques specialist David Dickinson, with Foden's former City colleague Kyle Walker's family residing in the adjacent property.
The August 2023 incident involved a children's celebration that generated substantial noise complaints from local residents.
One neighbour contacted emergency services, stating the volume was comparable to "being in a nightclub".

The gathering featured amplified music including Snoop Dogg's "Drop It Like It's Hot" and tracks by Queen Latifah played through a PA system. Children's screams and barking from Foden's Doberman guard dog added to the disturbance.
Cheshire Police confirmed receiving a noise complaint but officers did not attend the address.
This wasn't the footballer's first noise violation, as residents had previously reported a Mother's Day event in March 2022 featuring Whitney Houston songs that resembled a "music festival".
Foden has established a new residence in a secluded rural location that maintains convenient access to Manchester City's eastern training facilities.

Their family welcomed a first child in 2019, a daughter in 2021, and Foden briefly departed the Euro 2024 tournament in Germany to attend his third child's birth.
A local resident praised the family, stating: "They are a lovely family and Phil and Rebecca seem devoted parents."
