Topps, who produce the Premier League trading cards, had to finalise initial squads in May after the conclusion of the Premier League season in order to send packs away for production in time for the new campaign.
Players have personally signed some limited edition cards, something of which Jota is believed to have taken part in and will also feature in packs according to The Athletic.
