Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta has reacted after his side's Champions League defeat to Bayern Munich on Wednesday night, admitting his players are 'gutted' in the dressing room.
The Gunners had gone into the game hoping to go through after a 2-2 draw at the Emirates Stadium last week had left the tie hanging in the balance.
However, a goal from Joshua Kimmich gave Bayern a deserved win at the Allianz Arena.
The Germany international headed home the winner in the 63rd minute, thundering his effort past David Raya after a pinpoint delivery from Raphael Guerreiro.

Arteta has now addressed his side's defeat - and admitted his players were 'gutted' after seeing their hopes of European glory come to an end.
"At the moment it's a really gutted dressing room," he admitted.
"I cannot find the right words to lead them, I wish I had.
"Through the tie there were very small margins. We gave them two goals.
"It's the moment to stay next to the players and stick with them because they took us on this journey."
Next up for Arsenal is Wolves on Saturday.
They need to return to winning ways in order to put pressure on Manchester City, who are currently two points clear at the top of the Premier League table.
And Arteta has urged his players to use the pain of Wednesday night to spur them on as they seek a first league crown since 2004.
"Six games to go, two points behind City," he added.
"We have to go through the pain tonight and tomorrow we must get up with the right attitude and hopefully beat Wolves [on Saturday]."
While it was pain for Arsenal, it was a huge victory for Bayern Munich.
The German giants haven't been their usual selves this season, with rivals Bayer Leverkusen recently dethroning them as Bundesliga champions.
Harry Kane joined Bayern back in the summer hoping to win trophies, having failed to lift any silverware during his time at Tottenham.
And the England international was delighted after his side secured a place in the semi-finals of Europe's top-tier club competition.
"Yeah an unbelievable win," the 30-year-old told TNT Sports.

"It's been a tough season for us. We've had to fight and grind it out at times.
"We knew we could make the difference with our fans at home. It was a tough game, a tight game.
"It was a great goal from Josh [Kimmich]. To reach the semi-finals is a great achievement for us and we can enjoy it.
"I think in these types of games the first half is always a bit cagey.
"We said at half time we wanted to up the tempo, be aggressive.

"We had a couple off the post and could have made it easier for ourselves but these games are always tough and you just have to get through them.
"The expectation here is to try and win the Champions League.
"We won the league for 11 years in a row so maybe there was a bit of tempo missing. That can't happen.
"Now we have to enjoy the Champions League and try to get ready for Saturday."
