Ange Postecoglou has attracted interest from clubs in England and across Europe following his dismissal from Tottenham Hotspur on 6 June - just 16 days after leading the club to Europa League glory in Bilbao.
The 59-year-old Australian ended Spurs' 17-year trophy drought with the European triumph but was shown the door by chairman Daniel Levy in what many considered a ruthless decision.
Sources indicate that Postecoglou has already been approached by several clubs since his departure. The former Celtic manager, who won a treble in Scotland, is reportedly keen on another opportunity in the Premier League despite his recent setback at Tottenham.
Tottenham have identified Brentford manager Thomas Frank as their primary target to replace Postecoglou.

Meanwhile, Postecoglou is taking time with his family and is not rushing into any decisions about his future. Despite the interest from various clubs, the Australian manager appears content to wait for the right opportunity before returning to management, though a quick return remains possible if an appealing position becomes available.
The timing of Postecoglou's dismissal has sparked speculation among Tottenham supporters, with the sacking occurring precisely two years after his appointment was announced on June 6, 2023.

Some fans suggested the date might be linked to a contractual clause in his agreement with the club. However, sources close to the situation have confirmed that the timing was entirely coincidental and not connected to any specific terms in his contract.

In his parting statement, Postecoglou reflected on his time at Tottenham with pride. "The opportunity to lead one of England's historic football clubs and bring back the glory it deserves will live with me for a lifetime," he said.
He acknowledged the challenges faced during his tenure, stating: "There were many challenges to overcome and plenty of noise that comes with trying to accomplish what many said was not possible."
The Australian expressed confidence in the squad's future, adding: "We have also laid the foundations that means this club should not have to wait 17 more years for their next success."
Postecoglou notably has a track record of winning trophies in the second season of every managerial post where he has remained that long.
