The 32-year-old said: "I want to do the unthinkable. I want to take Dagenham and Redbridge to the Premier League."
He also acknowledged that promotion to the National League represents the immediate objective before achieving his ambitions to enter the EFL.
To reach the EFL, the London-based club will need to achieve promotion back to the national league and then again to League Two.
