Swiss footballer Alisha Lehmann has revealed that her residence in Italy was burgled.

The 26-year-old striker, who has previously played for West Ham, Aston Villa and Juventus, posted footage of her devastated bedroom in Como on social media.

Video footage shared on her Instagram account revealed wardrobes thrown open, clothing scattered in piles throughout the room, and storage units rifled through.

The Como Women's forward discovered the break-in upon returning to her home, finding her personal effects strewn across the floor and furniture.

The footballer was absent from the property when the incident occurred, returning to find her living space in complete disarray, with possessions scattered.

Despite the distressing circumstances, Lehmann responded to the incident with characteristic humour, posting a comedic message alongside the footage.

She wrote: "Next time people rob my house, can you please clean up after, cause I've got OCD," accompanying her comment with melting face and crying emojis.

The Swiss forward shared the video with her 16.2 million Instagram followers on Monday, documenting the chaos left behind by the intruders.

The footage captured open wardrobes, displaced bedside furniture, and opened boxes scattered across her bed, with coats and other garments thrown from storage spaces throughout the room.

Whilst the full extent of items taken remains undisclosed.

Local authorities have launched an investigation into the break-in.

This marks the second time in just over a year that Lehmann has experienced such an incident.

She was a victim of a break-in at her Turin residence in October 2024.

During that previous burglary, which occurred whilst she and then-partner Douglas Luiz were both playing for Juventus, criminals made away with possessions valued at approximately £416,000.

The pair, who split earlier this year, had been dating since 2021, when they were both playing for Aston Villa.

The haul from the Turin break-in included eleven watches belonging to the Brazilian midfielder and diamond necklaces owned by Lehmann.

Lehmann joined Como during the summer transfer window, telling the Guardian that the move "just felt right" because of the club's independent status and dedication to women's football.

She highlighted the organisation's "real purpose and vision" as key factors in her decision, noting that it represented more than just another team but a meaningful project.

The club came under new ownership in 2024 when investment group Mercury13 acquired it, pledging to transform football ownership models.

Como Women operate independently from the men's team, which competes in Serie A under manager Cesc Fabregas.

The squad currently sits second in Serie A, though Lehmann has seen limited playing time recently after starting the opening three matches.
