Alisha Lehmann new relationship confirmed with player she manages

Their relationship carries an intriguing twist: Lehmann serves as manager of MVPs United, the six-a-side squad McKenzie represents in KSI's Baller League competition in London.

She co-manages the team alongside presenter Maya Jama, creating an unusual professional dynamic with her new boyfriend.

McKenzie appeared in both the original Love Island series and its All Stars edition.

The images McKenzie posted depicted the pair enjoying a holiday together, with the FC Como and Switzerland striker seen wearing a white bikini while sitting on his lap in one video clip.

She kissed his forehead tenderly, her blonde hair styled in her trademark high ponytail for their day at the beach.

Additional photographs showed the couple posing together at a beach club venue.

McKenzie also captured sweet moments of them practising a handshake routine before sharing a kiss.

Further footage revealed the new couple gazing affectionately at one another and demonstrating their sporting abilities during a game of beach volleyball.

A source told The Sun about their blossoming connection: "It hasn't been much of a secret within the Baller League set up."

The insider revealed: "They hit it off straight away have been going on dates afterwards."

According to the source, Lehmann has been bringing McKenzie to her apartment in Como for discreet weekend getaways, adding: "I don't think Montel could believe his luck.

"Everyone is really happy for them, although initially everyone thought it was going to be just a casual thing.

"With Alisha being his 'manager' at Baller League might have made it a bit confusing for Montel, but he was smitten."

McKenzie's new relationship follows his split from fellow Love Island contestant Kaz Crossley, whom he coupled up with in the villa, back in June.

Lehmann herself ended her relationship with Aston Villa midfielder Douglas Luiz earlier in 2025, having dated the Brazilian since 2021 when they were both at the Birmingham club.

The pair subsequently moved to Juventus together in 2024, where Lehmann contributed to the women's team claiming the Serie A title last season.

Prior to her Italian adventure, the striker had spent time at West Ham after joining the WSL club in 2018, where she established herself in her favoured forward position.
