Lewis Hamilton joined Ferrari in January, and while things may not be going well on track, off-track the seven-time world champion has been loving his time in Italy.
Hamilton still lives in Monaco and spends his time between there, his home in the UK, and Maranello.
The 40-year-old has been settling in well to his new surroundings, as he has learned parts of the language and is beginning to build relationships with some of the Ferrari staff as the Italian team looks to make a 2026 title challenger.
Speaking to the media at the Canadian Grand Prix, Hamilton revealed some of his favourite parts about travelling to Italy and Ferrari’s base of operations.

"Honestly, it’s pretty amazing," he said.
"I’m loving travelling to Italy. I haven’t yet found a spot there - I haven’t made a decision exactly what I’m going to do - but I am lacking in the lingo area. So that’s still something I’m thinking about.

Lewis Hamilton and Fred Vasseur are both under pressure at Ferrari
ReutersFerrari has not won a title of any kind since 2008, Hamilton has taken six titles in that time and won 96 times.
It seems unlikely they will change that statistic this season as Ferrari already sits 191 points behind leader McLaren and the season has not reached the halfway mark yet.
The pressure is mounting on Hamilton to show Ferrari why they signed him; he has been struggling to adapt to his new car and has been fighting with the team to improve his SF-25.
With the 2026 regulations looking set to shake up the grid both Hamilton and Ferrari will be hoping they can create a challenger for next year that can propel them to the front.
