Emmanuel Macron SNUBBED by Kylian Mbappe after France lose out on World Cup title - 'Utterly DESPERATE!'

France president Emmanuel Macron was seen consoling French players on the Lusail Stadium pitch after his country lost out in the World Cup final to Argentina.
After a thrilling contest, Argentina claimed the trophy courtesy of a penalty shootout success.
The two sides could not be separated after 90 minutes and extra time, despite an open game resulting in a 3-3 scoreline ahead of penalties.
France striker Kylian Mbappe emerged as one of the stars of the show after scoring a hat trick, and the 23-year-old was one of the first figures the president looked to support.
Macron received a chilly reception from the PSG forward, as he pulled him close.

Mbappe refused to look at the president and didn’t seem best pleased with his approach.
Fans took to social media to criticise Macron’s attempts to show support for the hat trick hero.
One said: “Mbappe clearly doesn’t want Macron all over him trying to get political points.”
Another said: “Mbappe doesn’t care about Macron at all.”
A further claimed: “Macron is utterly desperate for a reaction from Mbappe but in three major efforts, the striker gives him no eye contact and no photo opportunity.”
The attacker became only the second man to score a World Cup final hat trick, following in the footsteps of England’s Geoff Hurst who achieved the feat in 1966.
Mbappe then dispatched his spot kick in the shoot out, but France were to be denied by an inspired showing from Argentina and Aston Villa goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez.
