Luke Littler has opened up on when he could retire from darts after completing the Triple Crown by winning the World Matchplay last weekend.
The Nuke defeated James Wade 18-13 in the final to become the youngest player to complete the Triple Crown, which involves winning the World Matchplay, Premier League, and the World Championship.
Littler has also won the Grand Slam of Darts and the UK Open since emerging on the scene as a 16-year-old.
With the achievements he already has at such a young age, questions have arisen as to when the Warrington teenager may step away from the oche, with Littler now offering insight into his future retirement.

Despite winning the World Matchplay, The Nuke did not have it easy; in three of his matches, he had to claw his way back from early deficits as he fought his way to the championship, perhaps showcasing that there are still some areas for the teenager to improve.

"Then [after stopping] I might get bored in a year or two and come back. I'd probably say 10-15 years and see where my head's at,” he revealed.
The 18-year-old admitted he has not been able to enjoy his achievements, due to the hectic schedule, which sees him flying to Australia very soon after his win at the Winter Gardens.

He said: "There's not enough time to sit back and look at what I've done. When I've got a week off, I don't want to be sat down analysing what I've done in the past. I know what I've done, I can see the trophies in my living room. It's about living in the moment."
With so much success in such little time, Littler revealed he is running out of space for his trophies, needing to find somewhere new to store them. “Yeah, there's not a lot of room [for trophies]. I think there might have to be some trophy cabinets ordered!"

With at least a decade left for Littler he is likely to be a rack up a lot more trophies, potentially even challenging the records of Phil Taylor, who secured 16 world titles and as many World Matchplay titles throughout his record breaking career.
It may take more than just a decade to chase those achievements for The Nuke, however, which could prompt him to keep playing for even longer.
