Darts star Nathan Aspinall has made the bold prediction that teenage sensation Luke Littler will walk away from the sport within five years to pursue a career in social media.
Despite Littler's meteoric rise and record-breaking achievements, Aspinall believes the 18-year-old's days at the oche are numbered.
Speaking at the James Maddison Golf Day, Aspinall told talkSPORT Drive that he expects Littler to leave professional darts behind and focus on building his already substantial social media presence.
Littler has shattered numerous records since bursting onto the scene at the 2024 World Darts Championship.

PAWhile he narrowly missed out on the title that year, he made history in 2025 by becoming the youngest ever World Darts Championship winner at just 17 years old.
His record-breaking achievements have continued, with Littler setting a new Premier League points record last Thursday, breaking his own previous benchmark.
Many have tipped the teenage prodigy to eventually challenge Phil Taylor's remarkable tally of 16 world championships.
However, Aspinall doesn't believe Littler will come close to Taylor's record, suggesting the young star is already growing weary of the professional circuit.
"I think he'll be off in about five years," Aspinall said.

"He's already getting fed up with playing and travelling all the time, and he's only been doing it 12 months."
"I don't think he'll be around for 16 years, let alone winning 16 world titles.
"If he does, fair play to him. But I can't see it."

PAAspinall pointed to Littler's YouTube activities and friendship with social media personality Angryginge, real name Morgan Burtwistle, as indicators of his potential future direction.
"He does a lot on YouTube, he's good mates with Angryginge. I can see him going down that path, in my opinion," Aspinall explained.
Littler has featured in several of Burtwistle's YouTube videos and nearly lost to the social media star in a darts match in February.
The teenager already boasts an impressive 1.9 million Instagram followers, nearly double the combined following of darts stars Michael van Gerwen, Luke Humphries and Gerwyn Price.

PALittler's bank balance has reportedly already reached seven figures, and he has the opportunity to boost it further this Thursday in the Premier League play-offs.
The teenage sensation will face Gerwyn Price in the semi-final, which will be contested over the best of 19 legs.
Should Littler progress, he will meet either Luke Humphries or Nathan Aspinall himself in the final as he attempts to secure back-to-back Premier League titles.
