Luke Littler takes to the Alexandra Palace stage tonight with the chance to claim a second World Darts Championship title and push his career earnings to an astonishing £3 million.
The defending champion will square off against Gian van Veen in what promises to be a thrilling showpiece final.
At stake is the Sid Waddell Trophy and a record-breaking £1 million winner's cheque – twice what Littler pocketed after demolishing Michael van Gerwen in last year's final.
The Nuke heads into the contest as favourite after breezing past surprise semi-finalist Ryan Searle to reach his third consecutive world final.

The match is scheduled to begin at around 8.15pm.
Littler's rise to the top has been nothing short of extraordinary.
In just two years since turning professional, the young star has amassed an impressive £2 million in prize money.
His trophy cabinet already boasts some of the sport's most prestigious titles.
The Premier League, World Matchplay, World Grand Prix and Grand Slam have all fallen to the Nuke during his meteoric ascent.

It's a collection of silverware that most players could only dream of accumulating over an entire career, yet Littler has managed it before his 20th birthday.
Tonight's final offers another chance to add to that remarkable haul.
So how does Littler's financial haul compare to the greatest of all time?
Phil Taylor, who lifted an incredible 16 world titles and matched that feat at the World Matchplay, accumulated around £8.5 million throughout his legendary career.
But here's the thing – prize money was vastly different when Taylor dominated the sport.
When the Power claimed his first PDC world crown in 1995, he walked away with just £12,000.
By the time he secured his 16th and final world title in 2013, that figure had grown to £100,000 – still ten times less than tonight's top prize.
If Littler maintains his current trajectory, overtaking Taylor's British record earnings looks increasingly achievable.

The all-time prize money record belongs to Michael van Gerwen, whose career earnings sit at approximately £10 million.
The three-time world champion entered the sport just as prize pots were beginning to balloon, and while the Green Machine isn't quite the force he once was, he remains among the elite.
Catching Van Gerwen will take Littler a bit longer.
For now, the young champion has his sights firmly set on tonight's opponent.

"It's a massive prize, but it's the trophy on the stage, it's not the money," Littler said after dispatching Searle.
"I want to go back-to-back. So hopefully I can lift the trophy again and think about the money after."
