The two people who were killed in a car crash in Nigeria involving Anthony Joshua have been named as Sina Ghami and Latif Ayodele.
Mr Ghami and Mr Ayodele were described as "close friends and team members" to the British boxer.
The former two-time unified world heavyweight champion is on holiday in Africa following his sixth-round knockout win over YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul in Miami less than a fortnight ago.
The incident occurred along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway on Monday morning and unverified footage online showed Mr Joshua topless looking dazed in a vehicle surrounded by what appeared to be broken glass.

A statement from Matchroom Boxing issued this evening read: "Anthony Joshua was involved in a road traffic accident in Lagos, Nigeria, earlier today.
"With profound sadness it has been confirmed that two close friends and team members Sina Ghami and Latif Ayodele have tragically passed away.
"Matchroom Boxing and 258 BXG can confirm that Anthony sustained injuries in the accident and was taken to hospital for checks and treatment.
"He is in a stable condition and will remain there for observation. Our deepest condolences and prayers are with the families and friends of all those affected and we ask that their privacy is respected at this incredibly difficult time. No further comment will be made at this time."

Latif "Latz" Ayodele was Joshua's personal trainer
|Latif "Latz" Ayodele was Mr Joshua's personal trainer and a close friend to the champion boxer, while Sina Ghami was Mr Joshua's strength and conditioning coach for over a decade.
Mr Ghami worked with athletes in the National Football League, National Basketball Association and Michigan State University football team and co-founded Evolve Gym in London.
Just hours before the crash, Mr Joshua posted an Instagram story of him playing table tennis with Mr Ayodele. The two were believed to be close friends, with Mr Ayodele posting several photos of himself promoting Mr Joshua's fights on his social media.
Matchroom Chairman Eddie Hearn said "Two great men. Rest in eternal peace Sina and Latz. My thoughts and deepest prayers are with everyone."

After a 29th win in 33 professional contests, Joshua called out British rival Tyson Fury, who is currently retired, for a long-awaited bout in 2026.
A spokesman for the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office announced that the FCDO is looking into the crash.
"We are urgently investigating reports of a road incident in Nigeria involving at least one British national and stand ready to offer consular assistance, if requested,” the spokesman said.
"Our thoughts are with those affected, and their families."
Former professional boxer Spencer Oliver told GB News: "I know Anthony Joshua quite well, he started boxing at Finchley ABC, the gym run by my father, Jim, and my uncle John.
"They trained him until he won the Olympic gold medal. My relationship with him goes back to when he was an 18-year-old kid, right up until today...Anthony is a fighter in every sense of the word. He’s had setbacks before, and hopefully he will come through this too. Yes, God willing."
Mr Oliver said: "He will need some time out for sure. It’s going to be a tough journey for him. Anthony has had a challenging time recently. He’s been building his career in America, gaining a new fan base, and looking to return to winning world titles in 2026.
"This incident is definitely a setback, but I know he will fight to recover from it."
