Anthony Joshua has reportedly sustained injuries following a road collision in Nigeria that claimed the lives of two individuals.
The 36-year-old former heavyweight world champion was travelling in a vehicle that collided with a stationary lorry on the Lagos-Ibadan expressway near Makun, according to Nigerian media reports.
Local sources indicate that Joshua suffered only minor injuries in the incident, whilst two other individuals were declared dead at the scene of the crash.
Video footage circulating online appears to capture the British boxer sitting shirtless amid the wreckage of a Lexus Jeep, surrounded by shattered glass and looking visibly stunned.
Subsequent images show Joshua seated in the front of an emergency response vehicle, where he can be seen conversing with officials at the scene.
The footage emerged following the collision on one of Nigeria's busiest motorways, which connects the country's largest city Lagos to the southwestern city of Ibadan.
The former two-time unified heavyweight champion is reported to have escaped the collision with relatively minor harm despite the severity of the crash.
