The young royal, who has largely been kept away from public attention throughout her childhood, is 24th in line to the throne.
Lena joined older sister Mia, who was four years old at the time of her birth, and later became a big sister herself when brother Lucas arrived in March 2021.

Despite her young age, she holds a notable position within one of the world's most prominent families.
She was born at Stroud Maternity Unit in Gloucestershire, weighing 9lbs 3oz.
Her full name, Lena Elizabeth Tindall, was announced just over a week after her arrival, with her middle name chosen to honour her great-grandmother, the late Queen Elizabeth II.
The name Lena, pronounced Lay-na according to her parents, has Greek origins with meanings including "illustrious", "temptress" and "the bright one".

A spokesman for Zara and Mike said at the time: "It was just a name they liked."
Lena is the fourth grandchild of Princess Anne and was the seventh of the late Queen Elizabeth II's twelve great-grandchildren.
The Tindall children enjoy close relationships with their royal cousins.
Mike Tindall has spoken about the strong bonds between the younger generation, noting: "Lena and obviously Louis are similar ages and Mia's sort of in between Charlotte and George, and then you've got Peter's children Savannah and Isla who are just a little bit older."

He added: "James [Prince Edward's son] is, well not exactly the ring leader, but he's the oldest. So, yeah, it's going to be a good little group."
The close relationship between the cousins was evident during the late Queen's Platinum Jubilee celebrations, where Lena was spotted pulling faces at Princess Charlotte during the festivities.
The playful moment captured the natural bond between the young royals.
Lena's christening took place in March 2019, with notable attendees including the Duke and Duchess of Sussex and the late Queen Elizabeth II herself, marking another significant milestone in the young royal's early years.
