Princess Anne visited Liverpool on Tuesday following a car crash that occurred during the Premier League parade on Monday.
The Princess Royal met with ambulance and emergency staff at Royal University Hospital, as well as representatives from Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service.
The visit came after a car collided with pedestrians on Water Street just after 6pm during Liverpool's Premier League victory celebrations.
Princess Anne was already scheduled to be in Liverpool on Tuesday to visit the Cunard ship Queen Anne as part of their 185th anniversary celebrations. A photo exhibition planned for the anniversary was cancelled following the incident.

A spokesperson for Princess Anne said: "The Princess would like to share her heartfelt condolences and support for the families and communities affected.
"Her Royal Highness also wishes to acknowledge the courage of the emergency services, some of whom she met today, and all those providing care and comfort during this difficult time."
Liverpool City Council leader Liam Robson thanked Anne for maintaining her visit, saying: "We really appreciate you still coming, because it will mean a lot to the people of the city."
Medical staff at the hospital informed Princess Anne that the injuries sustained in the incident were not severe.

Divisional medical director for surgery at Aintree University Hospital Marc Lucky told Anne the injuries were not "major traumas".
"We were very, very fortunate yesterday, I must say," he added.
Consultant Jay Rathore provided further reassurance about the condition of those injured, stating: "Most of the injuries were limb injuries. No life-threatening, we were able to manage them."
The Princess Royal's visit to the hospital staff highlighted the importance of emergency services in responding to the incident.

A spokesperson for Princess Anne later confirmed that she wished to acknowledge the courage of emergency services personnel, some of whom she met during her visit to Liverpool.
Merseyside Police confirmed in a statement that they "were contacted at just after 18:00 today, Monday 26 May, following reports a car had been in collision with a number of pedestrians on Water Street."
The force added that "the car stopped at the scene and a male has been detained."
A 53-year-old man has since been arrested in connection with the incident.

What began as a joyful celebration ended in distress for many attendees and the wider Liverpool community.
The incident prompted an immediate response from emergency services who attended the scene to provide assistance to those injured.
The Prince and Princess of Wales interrupted their half-term break to share a message: "We are deeply saddened by the scenes in Liverpool yesterday. What should have been a joyful celebration ended with tragedy. Our thoughts are with those who were injured and to the first responders and emergency services on the ground. W & C."
King Charles and Queen Camilla also expressed their sympathies, noting: "It is truly devastating to see that what should have been a joyous celebration for so many could end in such distressing circumstances."
