The Prince and Princess of Wales are bringing in fresh talent to bolster their communications operation at Kensington Palace.

Rosie Trainor has come on board as Senior Communications Officer this month, marking an exciting addition to William and Kate's Royal Household.

She is arriving from Freuds, where she worked as a Senior Account Manager.

Ms Trainor holds a Master's in Politics and Communications from the London School of Economics, along with a BA in International Relations from Durham University.

The appointment comes as part of what looks like a broader restructuring of the Wales's team, with several new faces joining in recent weeks.

Sarah Henwood has also stepped into a major role this month, taking the reins as the Royal Foundation's new Chief Executive.

She is replacing Amanda Berry, who had led the organisation since June 2022 after spending more than two decades as BAFTA's Chief Executive.

Sarah shared her enthusiasm on LinkedIn, writing that she's feeling "awe, excitement and a fresh energy" ahead of the challenge.

She has also announced a personal rebrand, choosing to go by Sarah Henwood rather than Sarah Rose in her new position.

When the appointment was revealed back in September, William and Kate said: "We are looking forward to welcoming Sarah to The Royal Foundation and to working with her on some of the issues which are closest to our hearts."

They also added: "We are hugely grateful to Amanda for her exceptional leadership over the past three years and are pleased she will continue to work with us in her new role as Global Partnerships Ambassador."

Last month brought another notable addition to the team when Liza Ravenscroft joined Prince William's household.

She was recruited from communications firm Edelman, where the Daily Mail described her as a "crisis management expert."

However, it's worth noting that her actual role at Kensington Palace is quite different from what that title might suggest.

Ms Ravenscroft is working in a non-crisis-based capacity, handling the day-to-day press interactions that the Palace manages on a regular basis.
