Eugenie maintains extensive business and social connections throughout the Middle East region.
Earlier this year, the princess was reportedly seen in the United Arab Emirates with her mother, Sarah Ferguson.
The Discovery Dunes development that Brooksbank works on represents a significant luxury real estate venture in Dubai, targeting affluent families seeking an exclusive golf-focused lifestyle.
His role with Discovery Land Company places him at the centre of this ambitious project, which aims to create a premium residential community in one of the world's most sought-after property markets.
Earlier this month, the couple announced their pregnancy through a heartwarming photograph showing their two sons, August, five, and Ernest, two, holding an image of a baby scan.
Buckingham Palace confirmed the news, stating: "Her Royal Highness Princess Eugenie and Mr Jack Brooksbank are very pleased to announce that they are expecting their third child together, due this summer."
The palace added that King Charles "has been informed and is delighted with the news."
The new arrival, who will not hold HRH status, will be born 15th in line to the throne, pushing the Duke of Edinburgh to 16th position.
