The message featured a photograph of William sitting on a stone wall, captured during his May visit to farmers and food producers on the Duchy of Cornwall estate.
A new photograph shared on William's social media channels shows the prince with the family's Cocker Spaniel, Orla, and three of her four recently-born puppies.
The image, taken by the Princess of Wales in Windsor earlier this month, was posted with a message signed "with love" from Catherine and their children George, Charlotte and Louis, plus "the puppies" with a paw print emoji.
Orla joined the royal household in 2020 as a gift from Catherine's brother James Middleton, following the death of their previous dog Lupo. The spaniel welcomed four puppies in May.
