The father-of-three will hear about a landmark contract they have secured with Levy UK + Ireland, part of Compass Group.
This will extend the use of Notpla boxes over 50 sporting and event venues across the UK and Ireland.
In addition, William, 41, will attend an event celebrating The Earthshot Prize Launchpad on Monday.
This is a new online matchmaking platform for Earthshot Solutions.
It can be accessed by investors and philanthropists looking to co-invest and collaborate to bring environmental solutions to scale.
Launching this platform is a landmark moment for The Earthshot Prize, GB News understands.
The Prince of Wales is thought to be seeking support for the Earthshot Prize from innovators worldwide, working to bring their solutions to scale at a fast pace.
Last year's Earthshot Prize Awards took place in Singapore, which Willliam attended with celebrities like Cate Blanchett.
Prince William is slowly returning to royal duties

Princess Kate did not attend the awards show as Prince George was preparing for his exams at the time.
In 2022, the Princess of Wales stunned in a neon green dress which she rented from Hurr for between £71 and £194.
Prince William has slowly returned to working engagements since temporarily stepping back while his wife recovers from abdominal surgery.
In January, Princess Kate was hospitalised for abdominal surgery in The London Clinic.
She is not expected to return to royal duties until at least after Easter.
Kate, 42, is resting at Adelaide Cottage with her three children, Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, eight, and Prince Louis, five.
The mother-of-three is "doing well" according to Kensington Palace, who have not released any further details about the operation.
