Prince Harry’s deportation case has sparked a furious response from Nancy Pelosi with a “sick” swipe at Donald Trump.
Top US Democrat, Nancy Pelosi has spoken about former president Donald Trump’s comments about deporting Prince Harry from the United States.
Prince Harry’s visa documents are at the centre of a bitter court battle since the duke admitted to taking illegal drugs in the UK and the US in his book Spare.
Harry’s use of drugs could see the prince at risk of deportation if the royal admitted to using illegal substances before gaining a US visa.

Speaking to GB News, Donald Trump hinted that he would deport Harry if he was elected as president again, stating: “We’ll have to see if they know something about the drugs, and if he lied they’ll have to take appropriate action.”
In February, Trump also told the Daily Express US that he “will not protect” the prince like President Joe Biden.
Trump said: “I wouldn’t protect him. He betrayed the Queen. That’s unforgivable. He would be on his own if it was down to me.”
The former Speaker of the House of Representatives defended the prince branding Trump as a “sick person” for suggesting that Harry could be deported from the US.

“He is not going to be President so let's not worry about it. He will antagonise, we will organise to make sure that isn't a possibility.”
The Heritage Foundation is taking legal action against the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in a bid to force officials to release Harry’s documents.
The Biden administration has supported Prince Harry throughout the case and has consistently held the position that nothing untoward took place, therefore Harry’s documents should not be made public.

Hartley answered: “Well, it’s not going to happen in the Biden administration.”
It comes as documents submitted to Companies House in the UK showed that Harry amended his filings for Travalyst to declare he is usually a resident in the US rather than Britain.
Prince Harry founded Travalyst, a global coalition of some of the biggest names in travel, in 2019 - one year before he relocated to the US with his wife Meghan Markle.
