Prince Harry has said he "would love a reconciliation" with the Royal Family in an emotional interview following his legal defeat over security arrangements in the UK.
The Duke of Sussex expressed his devastation after losing a legal challenge concerning the level of protection he and his family would receive while visiting Britain.
The interview comes after the Court of Appeal dismissed the prince's case against the UK government regarding security provisions.
Prince Harry indicated that current circumstances make it impossible for him to bring his family to the UK.
"I can't see a world in which I would bring my wife and children back to the UK at this point," he told the BBC.

In the interview, Prince Harry revealed that his father, King Charles, "won't speak to me because of this security stuff".
The Duke added that he did not want to fight anymore with his family.
He poignantly noted that he doesn't know how long his father has left to live.
Despite the tensions, Prince Harry stated he had "forgiven" his family members.
"There have been so many disagreements between myself and some of my family," he said.

The prince had sought to overturn changes to his security arrangements introduced in 2020 when he stepped down as a working royal and relocated to the United States.
On Friday, the Court of Appeal dismissed his case, which focused on how an official committee made the decision to remove his eligibility for automatic protection.
The court ruled that while Prince Harry had made "powerful" arguments about the threat level he faces, his "sense of grievance" did not "translate into a legal argument".
His legal complaint centred around a committee called the Protection of Royalty and Public Figures (Ravec).
