Prince Harry is aiming to reunite with King Charles as the duke “would love his dad to visit him,” sources have claimed.
The estranged royals met for the first time in over a year and a half last September, when Harry came to the UK.
The King has not seen Harry’s children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, since they visited the UK as part of Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations in June 2022.
A source close to the prince has revealed that he is keen for his children to have a relationship with Charles. They said: “Harry has made it clear that he would love his dad to come and visit him and the family.

“He knows that they are strained, but he has mentioned several times a hope that his father can have a relationship with his grandchildren.”
Harry is poised to make a return to Britain within the coming weeks as his legal battle with Associated Newspapers approaches a High Court trial.
If he does return to the UK, he will not be joined by Meghan Markle or his two children.
Meghan Markle has not been to the UK since the late Queen’s funeral in 2022.
The Duke of Sussex, alongside six other prominent figures, is pursuing legal action against the publisher of the Daily Mail over claims of unlawful information gathering spanning three decades.
ANL, which also operates The Mail on Sunday and MailOnline, firmly rejects all accusations of wrongdoing.

|The full trial is anticipated to commence at London's High Court later this month, with preliminary hearings already underway to address procedural matters.
This lawsuit, initiated in 2022, represents one of multiple legal actions the duke has brought against media organisations since 2019, alleging privacy violations, unlawful practices and inaccurate reporting.
The alleged misconduct is said to have occurred between 1993 and 2011.

King Charles could meet his grandchildren when he heads on a “highly likely” trip to the US in April.
Sources have revealed to The Times that discussions are thought to be in the advanced stage, with Foreign Secretary Yvette Cooper set to represent the government on the trip.
Such a visit would mark the first by a reigning British monarch in nearly two decades, following Queen Elizabeth's 2007 trip at the invitation of President George W Bush.

The royal visit is understood to have been strategically scheduled to align with America's 250th anniversary of independence, while Britain and the United States continue working towards a formal trade agreement.
Downing Street views the reported royal visit as potential leverage to secure a comprehensive trade deal before American mid-term election campaigning intensifies in November.
A spokesman for Prince Harry said: “We wouldn’t comment on private conversations between father and son.”
