The Royal Family's annual summer trip to Balmoral is set to come to a close in just a few days' time.
The trip - described by some insiders as a "summit" and home to "crunch talks" - has seen senior members of the family, including the King, Queen, Prince and Princess of Wales and their children travel to the historic Aberdeenshire estate for a much-needed getaway.
Princess Kate was seen stepping out alongside William at the estate's Crathie Church just days ago in a landmark public appearance - her first in over a month.
Though the working cast of royals are set to return to public duties in just days, the annual trip to Scotland has doubtless provided another season of "happy memories" for the three young Wales children.

The summer holiday has long been touted as a joyous occasion for Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.
In 2021, Prince William said that his trio of children were "already starting to build their own happy memories" at the 19th-Century estate.
Addressing the General Assembly of the Church of Scotland back then, the then-Duke of Cambridge had detailed how "Scotland is a source of some of my happiest memories but also my saddest".
He told attendees: "I was in Balmoral when I was told that my mother had died. Still in shock, I found sanctuary in the service at Crathie Kirk that very morning and in the dark days of grief that followed I found comfort and solace in the Scottish outdoors.

"As a result, the connection I feel to Scotland will forever run deep.
"Alongside this painful memory is one of great joy - because it was here in Scotland 20 years ago this year that I first met Catherine.
"Needless to say, the town where you meet your future wife holds a very special place in your heart.
"George, Charlotte and Louis already know how dear Scotland is to both of us and they are starting to build their own happy memories here too."
The King is understood to see the summer trip as a "happy" stay in Balmoral Castle
GettyWilliam had met his future wife at St Andrews - a two-hour drive from this year's summer holiday destination in Balmoral - when they were studying there in the early 2000s.
But two decades later, the royal pair are back in Scotland for what the King is understood to see as a "happy" stay in the castle.
While the Waleses make happy memories at Balmoral, Charles and Camilla are understood to have stayed at Birkhall, a property nestled in the castle's grounds, and held by the King since the Queen Mother's death in 2002.
Birkhall, which an insider told the Express was like a "second home" to the couple, was where the then-Duke and Duchess of Cornwall enjoyed their 2005 honeymoon.
