The website error prompted swift reactions from observers online

A technical mishap on Meghan Markle's As Ever lifestyle brand website earlier today inadvertently exposed inventory figures to shoppers browsing the online store.

The 44-year-old Duchess of Sussex's e-commerce platform experienced a glitch that revealed precise stock quantities when customers attempted to add items to their baskets.

Screenshots captured by eagle-eyed fans showed the error in action, with one shopper discovering that the site indicated 137,435 signature fruit spread gift boxes remained in stock.

The problem has now been rectified, though the duration of the malfunction remains unknown.

The Duchess has yet to comment publicly on the incident. GB News has approached Meghan's representatives and the As Ever press team for comment.

The website error prompted swift reactions from observers online. One commenter quipped: "Good thing those products don't have an expiration date."

Another social media user questioned whether previous rapid sellouts of As Ever merchandise might have led to excessive stock ordering, writing: "I wonder if the early sell outs of products made her over confident?"

The glitch offered a rare glimpse into the inventory levels behind the Duchess's commercial venture, which has attracted both criticism and considerable support since its debut.

Despite the technical hiccup, the brand maintains a substantial digital presence with more than 800,000 followers on its Instagram account.

The As Ever brand debuted in April last year, offering customers an array of lifestyle products through its online shop.

The range currently encompasses wines, candles, crepe mixes, teas, various spreads and honeys.

Further additions to the product line are anticipated during 2026, although official confirmation of new releases has not yet been provided.

The duchess is reportedly preparing to launch her debut cookbook in spring 2026, building on the momentum generated by her Netflix programme, With Love, Meghan.

An insider told the Mail: "Meghan is looking at a cookbook for early 2026, and there will be more lifestyle products coming in the spring."

The publication is expected to feature recipes from her television series alongside personal favourites developed at home.

The source added: "2026 is looking like another big year for her. There will be more wine and definitely more homeware too."

However, the brand appears set to reduce its focus on biscuit and crepe kits, which were among the original product offerings.
