Meghan Markle has shared a rarely seen behind-the-scenes video as she promoted the latest episode of her podcast Confessions of a Female Founder on social media.
The Duchess of Sussex, 43, appeared fresh-faced and makeup-free with her hair loose as she addressed followers from the garden of her Montecito home.
With the sound of birds chirping in the background, Meghan praised the newest instalment of her podcast, featuring Kitsch founder Cassandra Thurswell, as "such a good one".
Evidently feeling reflective, she said: “It reminds me of that quote 'wherever you go, there you are'. That is what my conversation with Cassie is like. Because 20 plus years later, so much has changed and yet we are so much the same.”

After gushing about the episode once again, Meghan again became nostalgic as she promised a look behind the curtain “in the spirit of memory lane”.
Her followers were then given a behind the scenes look at the photoshoot that produced much of the promotional material for her podcast.
The footage shows Meghan posing in various outfits during the photoshoot, getting her makeup touched up and reviewing images on a computer screen.
Viewers could see the Duchess trying on different looks, including a white top and a red shirt, before ultimately wearing the blue button-down that appeared in the promotional images.

Reminiscing seems to be on the duchess’ mind as she recently marked her seven-year anniversary with Prince Harry in an Instagram post.
The 43-year-old shared an image of a mood board charting their lives together, from their first date to their royal wedding and sweet holiday snaps.
Among the collection were several pictures of the couple’s children, Archie, six, and Lilibet, three.
The images showed major milestones in their lives, including Meghan’s pregnancy and ultrasound scans to celebrating family milestones.

In one heartwarming image, Archie could be seen hugging Lilibet as he planted a kiss on his sister’s forehead.
Another pictures showed the children appearing to share a colourful garden tea party with their parents.
In the latest episode with Thurswell, Meghan compared her love of gardening with her new role shepherding several businesses, such as her lifestyle brand As Ever.
The Duchess of Sussex explained: “I really like being in the garden, and running a business, funnily enough, it's a lot like gardening.”

Meghan also drew parallels to recent statements by Princess Kate in her podcast.

“Some seasons are for blooming. Others are for planting seeds, but most of the work, especially early on, it's tending to the soil,” she continued.
Continuing the horticultural analogy, Meghan stressed how vital a good “foundation” was in both a garden and a business as: “It's what everything is going to grow out of.”
Many were quick to compare her comments to the stance recently taken by Kate, the Princess of Wales, on the importance of the natural world.
In a recent video, she explained how nature had been her "sanctuary" over the past year.
The Princess also urged people to "reconnect to nature and celebrate a new dawn within our hearts" as part of a new video series focusing on the seasons.
