In a video shared on X, Meghan was seen asking Ms Wintour how she was, to which the media legend responded it was: "Nice to see you."
The pair kissed each other on the cheek before Ms Wintour scanned the duchess's outfit and remarked: "Beautiful, Cherie. You look amazing."
Vouge's legendary global editor and the duchess are believed to have previously clashed over editorial decisions on the magazine's September 2022 issue.
As a result, Ms Wintour allegedly blocked Meghan from appearing on that edition of the beloved fashion magazine, resulting in an apparently tense relationship thereafter.
