Meghan Markle traded her typically lavish jewellery collection for a simple friendship bracelet during her appearance at the Sundance Film Festival over the weekend.
The Duchess of Sussex, who usually sports accessories worth an estimated £236,000, opted for a more understated look at the premiere of Cookie Queens, a documentary she executive-produced alongside Prince Harry.
The couple made their debut at the annual Utah event, attending both a special screening on Saturday and the official premiere on Sunday.
Meghan was spotted at the Saturday event holding her wrist alongside a young attendee, both displaying their colourful bands.

The girl wore a woven purple bracelet, whilst the duchess showed off her own creation featuring white square beads threaded onto a neon green string.
The Sundance appearance was not the first occasion Meghan has embraced the friendship bracelet trend.
During the 2023 Invictus Games in Düsseldorf, Germany, she wore a beaded band sent by a competitor who was unable to attend the event.
The bracelet bore the inscription "I Am Invictus," referencing the motto of Prince Harry's sporting competition for wounded and disabled military veterans.

Addressing the crowd at the time, Meghan said: "So many people at home are rooting for you.
"Thank you, and look forward to a fantastic week. I can't wait until one day to bring our kids so they can experience how fantastic it is."
Meghan and Harry's 91-minute film chronicles the journey of Girl Scouts during the organisation's famous annual cookie-selling season.
The documentary holds particular significance for Meghan, who participated in the Girl Scouts as a child in California, with her mother Doria Ragland serving as troop leader.

"I was a Girl Scout, my mom was my troop leader, and I think the value of friendship, of being dedicated to a goal, as you see that in Cookie Queens, is so reflective of how these girls stick to something that is important to them and don't give up."
She described self-belief as "a really integral value that comes as being a Girl Scout."

She completed the ensemble with a deep blue Heidi Merrick trench coat to ward off the Utah chill.
Her only touch of luxury was her signature 18-carat gold Cartier Love bangle, valued at approximately £7,050.
