The Duchess is reportedly penning a memoir

Meghan Markle has been left “absolutely furious” with a fresh plea made by publishers for an upcoming tell all book, a royal commentator has claimed.

Angela Levin joined Nana Akua on GB News to speak on speculation that the Duchess of Sussex is set to pen her own memoir.

According to Levin, publishers have demanded they see three chapters of the book before it is sent to shops.

The move has left Meghan “furious”, according to the royal commentator.

“She has been doing this book about herself for a very long time”, she told GB News.

“We haven’t seen any sign of it. She has to be careful that she is not moaning again, we have heard it so many times before.

LATEST DEVELOPMENTS

“Publishers have said that they want to see three chapters before they offer any money, and she is livid.

“A woman like her would be, she wouldn’t understand that most writing a book are asked that first.”

In a scathing assessment of the Duchess of Sussex, Levin added that she expects Meghan to get her way.

“Meghan always wins”, she said.

“She doesn’t want to be just an ordinary person who gets her writing checked.”

Meghan has experience with writing, having produced The Bench which came out in June 2021.

The children’s book details the relationship between father and son, inspired by the relationship Prince Harry has with their son, Archie Mountbatten-Windsor.

It would be the first time she has ventured into memoirs, and would also follow on from Prince Harry’s bombshell book Spare.

The couple’s frictions with the Royal Family reemerged in the latter stages of 2023 with Omid Scobie’s Endgame taking aim at Princess Kate.

The author suggested Kate was not present enough for Meghan as the Duchess struggled with adapting to Royal Family life.
