The Duchess is scheduled to deliver a speech at a gala dinner during the three-day gathering, which coincides with her and Prince Harry's visit to Australia in April.
Those purchasing VIP tickets, priced at approximately A$3,200 (£1,700), will secure front-row seating and the opportunity to pose for a group photograph with the duchess.
The trip marks the couple's return to Australia seven years after their previous visit as working members of the Royal Family.
This announcement follows shortly after Meghan's lifestyle brand, As Ever, confirmed it had severed ties with streaming giant Netflix.

She told listeners that Meghan "really loves what our community is about, which is women trying to grow" and "be their best selves".
The 300-guest event will take place at a five-star Coogee Beach hotel, featuring a fireside chat format with the duchess alongside yoga sessions, sound healing, psychological talks and a disco.
