The Princess of York said she is 'delighted' in a new statement

Princess Eugenie has joined The King's Foundation's new 35 under 35 network as a mentor.

The initiative brings together exceptional young people working across sustainability, traditional crafts and the arts as part of the charity's 35th anniversary celebrations.

The network aims to promote the change King Charles wants to see in the world. The King's Foundation works to build sustainable communities and transform lives through education programmes and community regeneration projects at its hubs across the UK and internationally.

Princess Eugenie will be joined in her mentoring role by an impressive group of individuals. These include designer Dr Samuel Ross MBE, artist and influencer Sophie Tea Art, and historian and content creator Alice Loxton.

The mentors will guide the network of young people who have been selected for their outstanding contributions in areas that The King is passionate about.

This mentorship programme forms a key part of the charity's 35th anniversary celebrations this year.

Speaking about her new role, Princess Eugenie said: "I'm delighted to be working with this group of exceptional young people who have been selected thanks to their outstanding work in areas the King is passionate about.

"Given I recently celebrated my 35th birthday, it's fitting to take part in the charity's 35th anniversary celebrations and share my passion for art with the 35 under 35!"

The King's Foundation

Since 2012, Princess Eugenie has worked against modern slavery, helping establish Key to Freedom and co-founding The Anti-Slavery Collective in 2017.

The King's Foundation was founded by King Charles III in 1990, with His Majesty serving as Royal Founding President.

Inspired by his vision and values, the charity focuses on building communities where people, places, and the planet can coexist harmoniously.

The Foundation delivers education courses for almost 15,000 students annually and provides health and wellbeing programmes benefiting nearly 2,000 people each year.

It also leads placemaking and regeneration projects both in the UK and overseas, working to revitalise communities and historic buildings.
