King Charles is facing a huge test to win over the younger generations of Britons as new eye-opening polling data shows that under-50s are not wholeheartedly convinced by the monarch.
YouGov, a leading polling company based in Britain, has released its latest polling on the popularity of Royal Family members.
The headline result from the poll was that Meghan Markle's popularity has reached a record low in the UK since YouGov began collecting data on the royals in 2017.
However, several other interesting trends can be seen within the polling, including that King Charles and Queen Camilla are not overly popular with the younger generations within the UK.

King Charles has a thin net positive rating among those aged 18-24, with the monarch's popularity improving slightly when looking at the data from 25-49 year-olds.
However, it lags behind his popularity with those aged 50 and older by some distance.
The data is even more concerning when looking at Queen Camilla's favourability with the younger generations.
Both the 18-24 and 25-49 age groups have a negative view of Camilla.

More alarming still for the King is that Queen Camilla is considered the second most unpopular royal with the 18-24 with just his disgraced brother Prince Andrew with a lower popularity score than his wife.
Queen Camilla also does not benefit from the King's popularity among the over-50 age groups, as she is over 20 popularity percentage points further back than the King.
The wider trend surrounding the Royal Family's popularity with the younger generations also makes for worrying reading for the monarch.
The Royal Family as a whole had a net popularity score of 0 with the 18-24 age group, meaning in the coming months and years, it is likely that their generation will swing to having either a net positive view or a net negative view of the Firm.
