James Middleton shared his support for his sister after the Princess of Wales released a major health update on Monday.
Princess Kate shared a new video confirming she has completed her preventative chemotherapy treatment.
She was diagnosed with cancer earlier this year and stepped back from royal duties to focus on her recovery.
The Princess of Wales has only made two major public appearances this year, the first coming at Trooping the Colour and the second at Wimbledon alongside her sister Pippa and her daughter Princess Charlotte.

Kate and James's parents Michael and Carole Middleton feature in her emotional video message which is centred around her family.
The Middletons can be seen playing a card game alongside Kate and their grandchildren George, 11, Charlotte, nine, and Louis, six.
Carole and Michael's appearance in the video is a special tribute to her parents and highlights the important role they have played in her healing journey.
James Middleton reacted to the video with a short message.
Kate's younger brother commented on the social media post sharing the announcement with a short message saying: "I couldn't be more proud."

James Middleton shared a similar message when Kate announced she was undergoing preventative chemotherapy in March 2024.
He wrote: "Over the years, we have climbed many mountains together.
"As a family, we will climb this one with you too."
The Princess of Wales outlined in her video statement on Monday that "the last nine months have been incredibly tough for us as a family".
In a statement read out in the video, Kate says: "As the summer comes to an end, I cannot tell you what a relief it is to have finally completed my chemotherapy treatment.

"The last nine months have been incredibly tough for us as a family. Life as you know it can change in an instant and we have had to find a way to navigate the stormy waters and road unknown.
"The cancer journey is complex, scary and unpredictable for everyone, especially those closest to you."
She added: "Despite all that has gone before, I enter this new phase of recovery with a renewed sense of hope and appreciation of life.
"William and I are so grateful for the support we have received and have drawn great strength from all those who are helping us at this time."
