The Duchess of Edinburgh stunned in a pink ensemble at a Royal Garden Party alongside King Charles on Wednesday.

The King was joined at a garden party at Buckingham Palace with multiple members of the Royal Family.

Queen Camilla, Prince Edward, the Duchess of Edinburgh and Princess Anne appeared at the royal event, however, Prince Harry was not in attendance.

The Duke of Sussex gave a reading at a ceremony to mark the 10th anniversary of the Invictus Games at St Paul’s Cathedral on the same afternoon.

Sophie looked elegant in a 1940s-inspired silk pink dress with a cinched waist by Suzannah London selling for £2,390 with a matching floral fascinator.

The Duchess of Edinburgh, 59, stood next to her husband, Prince Edward who wore a top hat and held a long, black umbrella.

The mother-of-two kept her make-up look natural with glowing cheeks and rosy, pink lips and added a simple cream clutch and neutral heels to her outfit.

Queen Camilla also looked regal in a cream A-line dress from Fiona Clare Aldridge and a black and white hat.

She paired her outfit with Chanel black and white heels and a white leather clutch by Anna Valentine.

Princess Anne also appeared in a stylish, bright blue fitted jacket accompanied with a floral skirt.

The royal carried a leather, black bag under her arm and topped her look off with satin navy gloves and black kitten heels.

Around 8,000 people were invited to enjoy the sunny weather in the gardens of Buckingham Palace to thank them for their service to communities, the military and charities.

The King, who has recently returned to public duties following his cancer diagnosis, looked in good spirits as he spoke with guests in the gardens.

During the event, the monarch spoke with Olympic swimmers asking how long they could hold their breath.

Among the attendees were Isabelle Thorpe, 23, and Kate Shortman, 22, who are competing for Team GB at the Olympic Games in Paris this year.

Thorpe told the PA news agency: “He (Charles) did seem like he had a genuine interest and he said he was going to watch our event on TV in Paris, so that would be really cool. Hopefully he does!”
