Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor appears to have received a new Land Rover Defender over the festive period.

It comes as Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor’s reclusive life has been laid bare by insiders following his exile from Royal Family gatherings.

Earlier this month, Andrew attended the christening of his granddaughter, Athena Mapelli Mozzi, at St James's Palace.
He arrived hidden away in the rear of a vehicle, avoiding any public exposure.
Following the ceremony, Princess Beatrice and her husband Edoardo joined friends at a nearby pub to continue the celebrations. Andrew did not accompany them.
Sources indicate Andrew has deliberately worked to remain out of sight, with the assistance of his staff.

The stripping of his vice-admiral rank represented the final military honour to be removed from him.
Before that, he had already been divested of his titles as both prince and duke, along with his residence.
With 2025 having witnessed the near-total collapse of his former life, the coming year promises yet more humiliation.
His departure from Royal Lodge is now confirmed for 2026.

His daily routine now consists of riding, playing golf and watching television.

"He does watch a lot of TV – he's always done that," one source told The Telegraph. "He's always been a bit of a couch potato.”
