JD Vance's wife Usha has announced she is pregnant with the couple's fourth child.
Usha, 40, is due to welcome her third son at the end of July, the Second Lady's office has confirmed.
"We’re very excited to share the news that Usha is pregnant with our fourth child, a boy," the couple said in a joint statement.
"Usha and the baby are doing well, and we are all looking forward to welcoming him in late July.

"During this exciting and hectic time, we are particularly grateful for the military doctors who take excellent care of our family and for the staff members who do so much to ensure that we can serve the country while enjoying a wonderful life with our children."
The couple's fourth child will join eight-year-old Ewan, five-year-old Vivek and four-year-old Mirabel.
JD Vance met his wife in 2010 when the pair were studying at Yale Law School.
The Vice President, who converted to Catholicism in 2019, tied the knot with Usha during an inter-faith ceremony in 2014.

Usha, née Chilukuri, was born and raised in the working-class suburbs of San Diego in California.
She was born to her mechanical engineer father and molecular biologist mother who had moved to the US from Andhra Pradesh in India.
Usha worked as a lawyer for the firm Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP before Mr Vance entered the White House as Vice President.
The 40-year-old also clerked for Chief Justice John Roberts on the Supreme Court and Justice Brett Kavanaugh when he was a judge on the Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.

The child was born prematurely on Cape Cod and died at two days old of Hyaline membrane disease.
However, Usha's pregnancy comes just months after JD Vance spoke openly about his desire for America to increase its birth rates.
"Let me say very simply: I want more babies in the United States of America," the Vice President said at a March for Life rally in January 2025.

Despite being in an interfaith marriage, the Vances decided to give their three children a Christian upbringing.
Mr Vance previously said: “She’s my best friend. We talk to each other about this stuff. So, we decided to raise our kids Christian. Our two oldest kids go to a Christian school. My eight-year-old was very proud of his First Communion."
However, the Vances will become the second White House insiders to welcome a new member to their family.
