Officers will be ready to respond to a potential high-threat incident during Donald Trump's upcoming state visit, according to police.
The US President and his wife, Melania Trump, will be hosted in Windsor by the King from September 17 to 19 and honoured with a ceremonial welcome and state banquet.
During the event, a 24-hour-a-day policing operation will be in place throughout the Berkshire town.
A temporary order which restricts the airspace will be enacted from September 16 - when the state visit rehearsal is set to take place - until September 18.

Last week during a media briefing in Sulhamstead, Berkshire, Thames Valley Police announced armed officers will be patrolling the streets and Armed Response Vehicles (ARVs) will be ready to respond to any increased threats.
Police sergeant and operational firearms commander Daniel Hatfield said: "We have considered anything from a low to high-threat incident, and it's a very comprehensive security operation as a result.
"Every single state visit or policing operation of this nature comes with its own merit, and every operation or plan is constructed individually."
He added: "It's not the first time a president of the United States has visited Windsor and relationships with our American colleagues are well forged, well practised, so it makes planing a security operation like this a lot easier."

The state visit next week will be Mr Trump's second to the UK, something no other President has received.
During his previous state visit in 2019, thousands of people took to the streets in London in opposition, and similar demonstrations are expected next week.
It is understood the Stop Trump Coalition will stage a mass protest in the capital on the first day of the President's visit, and a further protest is then planned near Windsor Castle.
The country has already seen large anti-Trump protests this year.

In March, following his explosive row with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, anti-Trump protesters gathered outside the US Embassy in London.
In April, thousands attended demonstrations in Trafalgar Square after the President announced his sweeping global tariffs.
The crowd could be heard chanting "Hands off Canada", "Hands off Greenland", and "Hands off Ukraine" as they listened to speeches criticising the President.
During his visit to Scotland this summer police said they had prepared a "significant operation" as "anti-far-right" protests were expected.
