Reform UK has been handed another major boost in a new bombshell poll that shows the party's continued momentum after two shock Tory defections.
It has been a chaotic, unique, and pretty remarkable week for Nigel Farage, who now sees his party steamrolling the opposition in new data.
Snap polling from Merlin Strategy on party momentum following Robert Jenrick's defection, shared exclusively with GB News, shows Reform having huge momentum.
When asked which parties were currently "on the up", a remarkable 55 per cent said Reform - substantially more than any other party.
For Mr Farage, the week began with former Tory Chancellor Nadhim Zahawi announcing his defection on Monday - a huge coup for the party.
It was during Mr Zahawi's press conference that Mr Farage teased more Tory defections, of which there have been over 20.
He said: "There are plenty of people in the Conservative Party currently talking to me, and some might fit, and some might not fit."
One individual that Mr Farage later admitted to having conversations with was Mr Jenrick - although his defection on Thursday did not occur in the circumstances either might have expected.

Mr Jenrick highlighted the 270,000 Reform members across the country, marking their meteoric, yet continued, growth.
In the poll, Reform's 55 per cent marks a resounding lead ahead of the Green Party, who are second, with 31 per cent.

When he took control of the party in September 2025, membership figures stood at 70,000 - now they have surpassed 185,000.
But despite this, 32 per cent believe the party has lost its momentum and is actually trending down, standing at more than those who voted "on the up".
As for the Conservatives, despite the gut-wrenching defection of the former Shadow Justice Secretary, they remain on the Greens' tails with 30 per cent.

But the poll makes for meagre reading for Labour.
Throughout the week, murmurs continued that Labour were set to cancel dozens of local elections, leading to Reform chair Zia Yusuf telling GB News that the party was ready to mount a judicial review in the High Court.
Twenty-nine councils eventually confirmed they had requested that elections be delayed, affecting almost four million people across Britain.

Taking to social media, Mr Farage said that the "establishment are terrified because they know Reform would win."
And the poll backs Mr Farage's claims.

Contrast that with 59 per cent believing that the ruling party is trending down, and it is a telling story.
With 55 per cent of voters believing Reform are on the way up compared to just 24 per cent for Labour, Mr Farage will be hoping he can maintain the level of momentum through to May's crucial elections and beyond.
