A guest on the People’s Channel who was formerly a Labour aide left Martin Daubney staggered after she vented her fury at Shadow Justice Minister Robert Jenrick.

Stella Tsantekidou, a former Labour aide, joined Martin on the People’s Channel to discuss recent unrest with particular regard to Epping, where the High Court today backed the local council’s bid to halt asylum use of the Bell Hotel.
Mr Jenrick was in Epping over the weekend joining protesters, becoming the only MP to do so.
Ms Tsantekidou launched a furious attack on Mr Jenrick

Ms Tsantekidou unleashed a furious rant about his efforts in a moment that led Martin to sarcastically comment on politicians and their tendency to U-turn.
“My question is, why is Robert Jenrick, who was Immigration Minister in 2022 when this particular hotel was acquired and he was boasting about all the asylum hotels he had managed to commission, why is it he is going to these protests and pretending he has been trying to solve this issue for however many years?”, she asked.

“The Conservatives were in power for 14 years. How can they now claim that all of this is a new problem with the Labour Party which they should have dealt with within a year.
“It’s a very difficult situation when you have the kind of backlog you have without actually making any reforms to the system.

“Where are we supposed to put these people? We have a massive housing crisis.”
She went onto even admit that she agrees with Nigel Farage on the matter of Mr Jenrick, adding: “Robert Jenrick is one of the most dishonest politicians I have ever seen.
“I think it’s absolutely astonishing how he can face these people in the eye, concerned parents and other people who are concerned about these legitimate refugees.
“He was the Immigration Minister who was responsible for this policy.”

Martin jokingly added that Ms Tsantekidou is unlikely to receive a Christmas card from Mr Jenrick this year.
Mr Jenrick shared photographs on social media platform X documenting his presence at the gathering outside Epping's Bell hotel, where he engaged with demonstrators including an individual wearing clothing emblazoned with "Send them home."
The Conservative MP characterised his visit as meeting "peaceful, patriotic protesters" whilst expressing support for those he said were "right to be fed up of illegal migration."
The Essex hotel has become a flashpoint for anti-immigration demonstrations marked by violent incidents.
Law enforcement officers have faced physical assaults during protests at the Bell hotel site, with police vehicles suffering vandalism at the hands of male demonstrators.
