First Minister of the Chagos Islands Misley Mandarin has issued a grave warning to Sir Keir Starmer while Labour continues to plough on with its "surrender" deal.
The Chagossian, who has ardently rallied campaigners against No10's bid to cede sovereignty of the archipelago to Chinese ally Mauritius, spoke live from the island after establishing a "permanent" settlement in an extraordinary protest against the deal.
Mr Mandarin has demanded the Foreign Office lets them have their say, arguing that handing over their homeland without their approval is unlawful.
Today, lawyers representing Mr Mandarin, along with his father Michel, and fellow Chagossian Bertrice Pompe, argued their case.
Judge Mary Stacey ruled the legal challenge presented the same arguments which have previously been dismissed.
However, she maintained there was a "long and shameful history to the treatment of the inhabitants of the Chagos Islands" after the individuals were forcibly moved out of their home to make way for the UK-US military base on Diego Garcia.
The lawyers have claimed they will challenge the decision at the Court of Appeal.
Discussing his homeland on GB News, Mr Mandarin spoke about how much his father has enjoyed being back on the islands.

"My dad is healthier than he was in England. In England, he was stuck in a small flat. Now, we live in a tent," the leader said.
"So he's got the beach. He can walk, exercises, he can eat healthily.
"So why would I bring my dad to the UK again? To deport him from his homeland back to England, where he is cold?"
"If Sir Keir Starmer, if the Labour Party are listening to the show now, what would your message be to them?" Martin asked.

"The Chagos Islands have to stay British," Mr Mandarin started. "The only reason we were born in Mauritius, we were in exile because of forced deportation of my parents, of my dad.
"That's the reason we were born in Mauritius. But we are proudly British. My daughter, she was born in Manchester. My son, he was born in London.
"So why would my daughter and my son, who are fully-fledged British, have to be living on the Chagos Islands under Mauritian sovereignty?"
In a direction emotional plea to Sir Keir, he said if he "dares to remove [his] dad from his homeland", the Prime Minister would "break his heart".
"I don't want so many of my people, my my family, my aunt, my uncles, my grandparents, they die in sadness," he continued.
"So if Keir Starmer removed my dad from those islands, I'm not afraid to say he couldn't have blood on his hands. Because my dad will die with sadness. He is so happy here."
Mr Mandarin, along with four other Chagossians, landed on deserted island Ile du Coin, part of the Peros Banhos coral atoll, last month.
The First Minister was 14 when he was removed from the Chagos Islands and had to live in Mauritius, eating out of bins, he previously told GB News.
