She exaggerated the length of time she worked there, she worked in the complaints department.
She said she believes in sound money and in public spending that's kept under control.

Then, after her budget, she said this: “We have now drawn a line under the inheritance I faced.

And now, today, she finally appears to have admitted that there will be more tax rises.
In fact, if reports are correct, she is set to raise taxes more than any other G7 country, higher than Germany, the US, France, Italy, Japan, and Canada.
There are warnings that she will raise income tax and may limit the amount you can save tax-free each year.
But remember, as your taxes go up, nearly £10billion is being spent every year on benefits for foreigners.

Nearly 17 per cent of all Universal Credit payments go to non-UK citizens.
Migrants who have arrived since January 2021 could end up costing taxpayers £234billion. Deportees are being given free arts and crafts classes, and even a welfare buddy.
So don’t worry when you see your taxes rise, you can sleep easy knowing you’ve paid for someone to give an Afghan a hug.
I wouldn’t be surprised if we’re even paying for someone to read them a bedtime story on their flight home.
