'We class all the GB News viewers and listeners as our family and that's why we want to keep getting out into parts of the UK that Governments and establishment media have forgotten or sneered at'

What a year! I just wanted to take a moment to recap what an amazing year it's been - and to say thank you.

When GB News launched, people said it would never last. But 2025 was the year that, thanks to you, they had to eat humble pie.

We became Britain's number one news channel. We beat Sky News and the BBC for five months in a row.

In fact, Sky News is now a distant third. We ended their 36-year reign, knocked them off their perch and became the country's number one commercial news channel.

And that is all down to you, our loyal viewers and listeners who have stuck with us through thick and thin. And look at what we've achieved together in 2025.

The Government U-turned on the disgusting death tax for our brilliant farmers. The farmers protested valiantly, but I believe that if it wasn't for YOU getting behind them, this government wouldn't have felt the pressure to U-turn.

Thanks to the tireless work of Charlie Peters, other presenters, the bravery of survivors and victims and the support of YOU, we made sure there was a national inquiry into grooming gangs.

The job for 2026 is to make sure we keep the pressure up and get justice for those survivors, and get the truth out there for Britain.

We went to places and did things that no other channel dared to do. We exposed about a dozen human trafficker groups, we even exposed that some of them appear to be armed, dangerous and linked to terrorist groups.

We did that because we 'get' you. GB News presenters don't live in ivory towers, we're normal people, from normal backgrounds and we know how angry you are about illegal immigration, and we want to back you by doing our best to bring you the truth.

We got Islamist hate preacher Mohamed Hoblos blocked from coming to Britain - he was on his way, he was going to do a tour... we highlighted it, you piled the pressure onto the Government online and bingo, he's not in Britain.

Pubs, hairdressers, rank and file police officers, our brave military veterans - I hope you feel like we have got your back.

The Jewish community - it's been an awful year for many of you. I bumped into two lovely members of the Jewish community today whilst out for a little walk - hello Darren and Louise!

While the BBC did Hamas propaganda, I hope you feel like we stood up for you. And we always will.

You at home, you have helped raise more than one million pounds for a variety of charities. On Christmas Eve I received a letter from Friends of the Elderly - YOU raised about £400,000 for vulnerable pensioners struggling after the Government cut the winter fuel payment.

They, of course, had to U-turn on that, but you have managed to help pensioners not just this year, not just next year, not even just the year after that - for the next four years!

YOU raised £350,000 for the Maggie Oliver Foundation, helping grooming gang survivors - you did that in about a week. What other viewers and listeners from any other news channel are capable of doing that?!

But I actually want to thank you personally. This has been a big year for me and my family. We welcomed little George into the world on September the 5th, and hundreds of you, and I mean hundreds, sent him teddy bears, spent hours knitting blankets for him, we even had a Liverpool fan who bought him a Manchester United shirt!

That was so lovely, kind and generous of you and all three of us are very grateful.

We class all the GB News viewers and listeners as our family and that's why we want to keep getting out into parts of the UK that Governments and establishment media have forgotten or sneered at. Stanley in County Durham, Merthyr Tydfill in Wales, Melton Mowbray on VE Day!

I wish you and your family a very happy new year, I hope that it is YOUR year. Please stick with us, keep watching and listening, tell your friends, if you stay at a hotel and they don't show GB News on their tellies ask them why not!

We've got big, big plans for 2026. Come with us. We've got a country to save. Let's save it together.
